Codex 法例
Private legal research · citations first
Ask the matter. See the source.
Codex answers legal questions from the firm's own documents, using models that run inside the firm network. Every factual claim carries a citation that resolves to a quoted passage — or the system abstains rather than guess.
Local models · firm network · no external calls · sessions end when the tab closes.
How a question becomes a verified answer
1
Choose a matter
Pick a client matter or the firm library. Permissions and ethical-wall rules are applied before anything is searched.
2
Add your sources
Upload contracts, pleadings, emails or PDFs. Originals are preserved and the text is chunked and indexed locally.
3
Ask in plain language
Hybrid retrieval combines meaning and exact legal terms, so both concepts and defined phrases surface.
4
Verified answer
Every claim cites a quoted span with page and document. If the evidence is insufficient, the answer says so.
